Custom Map Request Form

Use the form below to submit a custom map request to the Johnston County GIS Department. Johnston County provides custom maps as a courtesy. However, there is a $45.00 per hour charge for these services. These custom maps are detailed maps that are more specific in detail including labeling, size, etc. They are not the typical map you can print from our website in an 8.5" x 11" size.
