  • Call or walk-in to the Johnston County Health Department Behavioral Health Division to arrange/explore services.   
    Address is 521 N. Brightleaf Blvd Smithfield, NC 27577 and phone is (919) 989-5500, Monday through Friday, 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM

  • Call Alliance Behavioral Health 24-hour Customer Service at 800-510-9132.
