General Vaccination Information
Vaccination (also known as immunization) is available in a variety of locations, including at your pediatrician or primary care doctor’s office. If you have a primary care provider who provides vaccines, please contact them to request an appointment. Those without insurance or between primary care providers may need other options. A variety of vaccines can be provided at pharmacies or urgent care facilities.
Johnston County Health Department has vaccine appointments for all ages available year-round. There are many vaccine types and nurses are available to review your vaccine record to assist you in keeping your vaccinations up to date. Appointments are available regardless of insurance status by calling the health department at 919-989-5200.
