Johnston County Public Health Department's Tobacco-Free Policy

The Johnston County Public Health Department (JCPHD) is tobacco-free.  The tobacco-free policy is as follows:

The following items are NOT permitted on the grounds:

• Tobacco products

• Cigarettes

• Electronic cigarettes (e-cigs) and all other electronic smoking/vaping devices

• Cigars

• Pipe tobacco

• Chewing tobacco

• Smokeless tobacco

The use of tobacco products is PROHIBITED in the following areas:

• JCPHD building

• JCPHD parking lots

• Person vehicles on JCPHD property

• JCPHD entrance ways

• JCPHD property (including grass or shrub areas)
