You can pay your bill quickly and easily any time using Visa, MasterCard, Discover or electronic check.

The bank service fee shown in the column on the right will be added to your payment of any amount up to the maximum payment amount.

You will need to enter multiple payments if you wish to pay more than the maximum.  A transaction fee will be added to each payment.  (Customer Service will accept credit card payments over the phone for payments over the maximum without a transaction fee.)

If you have questions, please speak to a Customer Service Representative at (919) 989-5075 during normal business hours. A nonpayment penalty may be added to your account if it is past due.

A utility account showing a credit balance or a zero balance is not eligible to be paid online.

Refund policy: Please note that online payments cannot be refunded or reversed.
