You can pay your bill quickly and easily any time using Visa, MasterCard, Discover or electronic check.
Effective May 30, 2023, the bank service fee of $2.15 will be added to your payment of any amount up to $250.00.
You will need to enter multiple payments if you wish to pay more than $250.00. A $2.15 transaction fee will be added to your payment. (Customer Service will accept credit card payments over the phone for payments in excess of $250.00 without a transaction fee.)
If you have questions, please speak to a Customer Service Representative at (919) 989-5075 during normal business hours. A $50 nonpayment penalty may be added to your account if past due.
A utility account showing a credit balance or a zero balance is not eligible to be paid online.
Refund policy: Please note that online payments cannot be refunded or reversed.
